Wire range: We are able to produce springs with 0,30 to 0,8 mm wire diameter

Lead Times:

• Emergencies (machine or tool breakdown due to spring failure)-delivery in 2 hours.
• Needs for 100 pcs or smaller for 0,3mm to 3,0 mm wire diameter springs-delivery within 2 days.
• Volume orders are planned and produced per customer delivery schedules.

Materials:

• High carbon spring steels DIN 17223B and DIN17223C
• Oil tempered high grade spring steels
• Stainless spring steels-AISI302
• Phosphor Bronze
• Other type of materials are put in production with customer’s demand

Surface finish:
Zinc coating, Black oxişdation, Passivation, Shot peening
